Liked: - nice and quiet area close to Blackheath station and Greenwich park; - single room was quite spacious; - good breakfast;
Disliked: - no air conditioning (at least in my room, there was just a fan on the wall), but I stayed just one night so that’s ok

Clean,comfy, great food, great location,...

Liked: It’s clean, comfortable & fantastic desk staff helpful, with a smile. Breakfast great, staff always happy to help. Area around hotel is lovely to have early/evening stroll. Plenty of restaurants, bars open till late. Great for getting to the O2 & back 24hrs. Easy & quick to get into London centre. A great hotel all round. Been going for 5yrs now & will be back when visiting London.

Passable

Liked: The staff was accommodating for the most part.
Disliked: It was very hot and there was no AC and the fan didn't do the job. I understand AC is not a thing in many hotels. But it was unbearable. They tried to accommodate us in a different room and the temperature improved by a few degrees but still too hot. Also too many stairs and steps. The elevator took a while. The bathroom didn't have enough shelves or hooks.

Friendly staff, good hotel

Liked: Location is ideal for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful - both on reception and in the restaurant
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner>. Bedding, towels etc were clean, as was the bathroom; but room was quite dusty in places.
