Great stay in a room...

Liked: Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room and it's bathroom were well appointed, comfortable and spotless. Buffet style breakfast offered a great choice, was plentiful and well cooked with nice touches such as your tea or coffee being brought to your table. It has it's own free carpark. Location is excellent, facing onto the heath, a few minutes to pubs, restaurants and shops of Blackheath Village. TFL buses and overground trains are easily accessible. Greenwich Park is about a ten minute walk straight across the heath.
Disliked: Only quibble was traffic noise in the room - trade-off against the view across the heath. If that's a concern for you, ask for a room at the back rather than the front of the hotel when you book.

Great stay in attractive hotel.

Liked: Nice big room. Food available virtually all day. Great location for London. Clean. Lovely restaurant and garden.
Disliked: The decor was a bit tired, stained carpet in places but not too off-putting. Bit of an odd smell in the corridor like an old people's home.
