Liked: The buffet style breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: I was happy with everything I only stayed for one night.

Liked: Breakfast was good , our room had plenty of space even though bathroom could be a bit bigger
Disliked: Reception needs a major revamp into a hotel in Black Heath is looks like its in a time warp but rest of hotel isnt.

Great location - little tired.

Liked: Beautiful spot, quirky friendly hotel.
Disliked: Our room was not one that had been refurbished and was very tired.

O well

Liked: The bedroom was large and bright,as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable too and both rooms were pleasantly decorated in a homely way.
Disliked: It is an old building and this brings character but a critisism would be soundproofing of rooms . Footsteps up and down the corridor and doors banging at all times early and late.It’s in a residential area and we heard the locals up and about very early.
