Disliked: Mattress was a bit too soft for me. Parling was awkward, but I discovered when I left there was an alternative car park on the other side of the hotel

Great value for money hotel

Liked: Great little hotel which I use when due in Preston the following day. This is a budget hotel which gets all the basics right, has great staff, and a lovely breakfast. Will continue to use it when I am in the area.
Disliked: There's not much to say. This is a budget hotel so expectations are set accordingly. Some rooms could do with redecorating, but again, this is a budget hotel. Great value for money.

Liked: ROOM WAS FINE, BED WAS FINE, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD,
Disliked: PERSONALLY THE PILLOWS COULD BE BETTER, EVEN THOUGH MY WIFE THOUGHT THEY WERE FINE.

Great stay in Preston

Liked: The staff were lovely, the room was very spacious and clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant and also the staff went above and beyond on the first morning as we had to leave before breakfast they make bacon and sausage sandwiches for us to take away and brought them to our room. Absolutely fantastic service. There was also a very good selection at breakfast, full English, fresh fruit juices and cereals different jams tea and coffee. One of the best we have stayed at when we have been visiting the area.
Disliked: The only negative would be that the ensuite had a sewage smell so it was the first thing we could smell in our bed at night and in the morning
