Fleas, dirty toilet and lots...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. We left disgusted and shocked at how gross it was. Should be called the Chuck and Larry Motel instead.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. There were fleas in our room that bit us through the night we even sent the staff photos of the ones we caught and it was disgusting and dirty. The toilet had someones print on it with dribbles of pee and nasty, the sink had pink mold and 4 different types of hair strung around the soap, the room was old and beat up but the worst was just how unsanitary it was and how many fleas bit us.

Disliked: It smelled like meld dew. Scratchy old bed spreads. Needs updated linens. Toilet paper was horrible. The towels were rough. The mattresses were lumpy. The worst 212.00 dollars I have ever spent. Drive 20-40 minutes and stay in San Marcos. Stay anywhere but this disgusting 🤮 place. Be sure you have plugs in for your phones. There are NO USB plugs. That should be noted in description of the cabin. The TV is so little so you better have good eyes to see it from the bed. The window AC is too small for the size of the cabin. The room never cooled down the space.

Disliked: Very poor maintenance front full of weeds, broken step on stairs, really bad humidity smell, sofas very old, I paid $300 for a suite for 6 people nothing close to the photos on line, will never stay here again.

A clean and convenient location...

Liked: The location was great. I like supporting smaller establishments. The unit was very clean and cool. Good water pressure & very hot which I like. Bed was comfortable. The AC kept the room very cool and we love that. It was a very basic room but it met our needs for a quick one night stay to attend a nearby wedding. The communication with the venue was excellent and easy. I would probably return to stay again - the outdoor play area is probably really great for families and the exterior is pretty charming.
Disliked: We are pillow people, so a couple of extra pillows would have been lovely, especially since there was no headboard. Also, the lamp on the bedside table was not usable because the light switch controlled the plugs in the room, so if you wanted to turn on the lamp, the overhead lights also came on. Too bright for the evening - the plug for the lamp should not be tied into the overhead lights. A folding luggage rack would have been great, so I didn't have to have my suitcase on the floor. Liquid coffee creamers would have made our day. The sink faucet in the coffee bar area was leaking. I didn't dislike where we stayed, but it didn't wow. I know it is older, but some small things like those I mentioned can make it more luxurious. The bathroom products provided were of low quality - those could be improved. Overall, not bad. Price & location worked for us, and we overlooked these small things, but still, they are worth mentioning as feedback.
