Wedding night bliss.
Liked: We arrived after our wedding to discover our room was upgraded to a suite. We were able to decompress and share a quiet moment together after a long stressful wedding week. Bed was comfortable, pillows were on point, breathtaking views of the caption from our bathtub.

Nice hotel sketchy location
Liked: Historic charm, excellent historic photographs and cartoons featured throughout the hotel, some staff were sweet. Grange restaurant is excellent but restaurant bathroom is in the hotel basement - and its location down stairs behind two sets of doors feels somewhat removed and unsafe. Women and older people take note.
Disliked: No glasses in the room, but ice machine was next door. Additional wi fi charge was not specified in the hotel listing, car park fee was. The hotel is located in an unsafe neighborhood - not too bad during the daytime but skid row?ish when the sun goes down. I asked one of the valet about walking to a near by restaurant (in the early evening) and he looked at me like I had directions on my mobile what more should I need to know. Is it hotel policy to deny guests pertinent and valuable information about the hotel neighborhood where issues of safety are concerned? If he had advised that we take a taxi I would have understood.
