Disliked: The service is terrible. In general, there is no towel service, they don't make the beds. We called them several times to see the horrible bleaching that was on the bed, and they replied that they don't provide the service.

Disliked: The pictures were deceiving from what was shown. The room was so small. No microwave. You had to ask front desk for towels. The pool is half the size it looks online and the bar out there is only open on weekends. The rooftop was dirty and not up kept. There were no pool towels. The code to enter the elevator was annoying. And our mobile keys only worked when they wanted to. Valet raped us in parking charges. And you have to pay to park everywhere as is. We wanted or room clean during our SEVEN day stay and that was an extra charge. It's disgusting. Don't stay here.

Lovely staff and decor. One...

Liked: Lovely staff, door man very helpful and sweet. Luggage storage was great while I waited for my room. Lovely decor in the room and reception. Nice toiletries. Close to cruise port and easy to get a taxi. Great stores in walking distance.
Disliked: Not worth the money at all. Cheap and grubby towels. Mattress way too small for the bed frame so there was a huge gap at the foot of the bed. The leather chair looked great but smelled strange. Room not cleaned as well as expected for the cost. Using a card and a code to enter the lift every time is annoying, especially with all the luggage. There was hair from the previous guests on the floor. The blow dryer was grubby and the bag was dirty. I would not stay here again at this price
