Exceptional

Liked: We walked around Hollywood and a charming Cuban coffeehouse with in a 100 meters. Great coffee and pastries. There was an amazing children’s playground, picnic spot and shops and grocery very close. Restaurants, too.The location to the cruise terminal was very nice, close enough for an Uber but away from the noise of the port.
Disliked: Can’t think of a thing and I am particular.

Liked: Nice location, easy access to local restaurants, good neighborhood
Disliked: Room, towels, linens, bathroom etc all not very clean. The room felt very damp, and the AC would not get below 73. Room cleaning was an extra $20 per day fee. Pillows were too small for a king bed and not comfy at all.

The stay was very good...

Liked: The hotel was clean along with two restaurants onsite.
Disliked: The additional fee for basic daily housekeeping or at least picking up trash and dirty towels on a daily basis and refreshing clean towels.

Superb

Disliked: The only negative I can say is there was a lack of kitchenware. Paper cups, plates and plastic knives and forks were not in keeping with the general excellent facilities at the property.
