Room was beautiful; well kept; bathroom was amazing; very clean. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Upon check in, front desk staff was warm and inviting. Our stay and amenities were a surprise for my better half, and they helped keep it that way. Very nice stay and accommodation. Valet staff was great too. Quiet room. Nice views. Excellent experience overall.
Liked: Everything was really wonderful!
Disliked: Valet out front should kindly request smokers to move away from front entrance.

Nice, clean hotel
Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Staff were generally very friendly.
Great Korean restaurant across the road called "Haru" - definitely try it!
Disliked: I was in town form overseas and has i have in many other hotels i ordered goods from various shops online and had them delivered to the hotel. On one instance, FedEx delivered a package but the front desk did not receive and couldn't find it... Here i was, between conference sessions going to the hotel next door and asking staff members all over the hotel if they had seen my parcel, trying to track a package with several hundred dollars worth of goods down! I felt that the staff at the front desk were not at all helpful... in fact, the cleaner in the reception area and one of the guys working valet were more helpful! In the end it was found at the entrance to the back door. Why was this area not checked when they could see how distressed one of their guests where? As well as this, my colleague joined me after I had been town for 3 days... i went out for the day and left her name and a room key for her so she could enter the room which was paid for for 2 guests. However, when she arrived at the front desk they refused to let her enter until 3.00. Bizarre as our double room was paid for and I had left instructions to let her in the room. I feel that the front desk can do better! This is an expensive hotel to stay at... the service should reflect those prices.

Liked: Good location and very nice staff.
Disliked: Overpriced and odd room - designed for one person , open wall space between bathroom and sleeping are - no door on bathroom

Liked: the two showers in the bathroom
Disliked: The first room assigned which had a balcony - prefer to have a room with a window. Breakfast could have been included in the rate provided.

Overall very good stay
Liked: Location was great & staff very friendly. Room was modern & clean
Disliked: Valet parking was terrible. Didn?t have enough staff to check in car upon arrival. Cars backed up very far & did not feel safe to leave car. We had evening reservations so made us so rushed after we finally checked in our car. Pick up the next morning also took over 30 minutes. Need more staff to improve efficiencies & safety.
