Liked: Great location, staff very friendly and most informative
Disliked: Nothing

Very Nice Stay

Liked: Love the design, clean, smart tv, nice shower and bath, loads of complimentary soaps, tea coffee etc. Staff friendly and helpful with good parking.
Disliked: Could benefit with better lighting as I found it a bit dark in places and a better windows in the rooms.

Liked: Lovely hotel with great beer garden. Short walk into the centre. Parking available on site although £18 per night.
Disliked: Room was very hot and couldn't open the window so we had the fan on all night. Not much room to hang clothes. Having said that we did know it was a small double that we booked and it was only for two nights.

Liked: How tentative the staff were! So helpful in showing us around and telling us about York. Always greeting us upon entrance and exit to the hotel. Clean rooms, yummy breakfasts and only a 5 minute walk from Yorkminster!
Disliked: Honestly, nothing!
