Liked: Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Location of the hotel is top and it is very quiet, even when fully booked
Disliked: Would have preferred one of the more modernly decorated rooms. 10 Downing Street is a bit on the darkish side

Very unpleasant 2 night stay...

Liked: Excellent location, walking distance to railway station which is what we needed
Disliked: Room - went with small double room only. The room was really small to the point of being uncomfortable, it also was very hot albeit there was a window but it was under the roof so no air movement. Car Park Fee - this was on top of the room charge and we felt that with the price we paid for room only it should have been included in the price.

Stunning, relaxing and tranquil.

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff, great atmosphere and fantastic rooms and facilities. Beer garden is lovely and pizza we had was amazing. Clean and tidy throughout.
Disliked: Small gates to get in and out of property.
