Good
Liked: Spacious room in a classic old style building.Breakfast had two good options continental or american
Disliked: The staff was not the most friendly however resolved every question we had.Would not have questions if everything was set at check in. Overall a very nice stay

The room good, the rest...
Liked: The rooms were large and very quiet! The hotel is also in a good location
Disliked: The rooms are never cleaned during the stay. In addition, the towels are not changed. We only hear this from other guests, they didn't inform us when we checked in! We had breakfast included. Unfortunately there is only 1 coffee, 1 juice, 1 pastry and 1 yogurt! Far too little for me! In addition, 2% commission on card payments was added to the total amount, which has never happened to me anywhere in the world!

Crummy.
Liked: Nothing. Horrible experience.
Disliked: The staff was rude. They gave us the wrong room then were crabby about correcting their mistakes. The room was filthy. The walls and ceiling tiles were crumbling. The shower had multiple spiders on the wall.

Disliked: It was stinky, very hot (AC was broken), and unfriendly staff . I would not recommend this hotel to any one. It should a one star hotel .

Very poor
Disliked: The stay was met with an IT system update. The consignment costs were exuberant, especially seeing that we did nor have a car!!! In addition following the first night I reported a basin plug which seal was not sealing properly and whenI checked out 5 days later the problem was nit yet repaired.Finally, for any hotel situated at this prime location it would be expected that the rooms would be made up on a daily basis.
