Comfortable stopover hotel.

Liked: Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Helped us change room initially to one that suited our needs better. Very convenient if you need to visit Wootton Bassett area.

Chic Hotel

Liked: Easy parking, modern & stylish room, very reasonable price. We appreciated the air-conditioning so much, as it was a hot day. A variety of choices for the breakfast, and it was excellent!
Disliked: WLAN was very weak and worked only by the window.The toilet seat didn’t fit for some reason.The rain shower head was the only way to get water into the bathtub, and to turn on the tap without getting wet (with the water still cold) was impossible.

Good, we have booked for...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, ideally breakfast on Saturday could start earlier as many people were attending the RIAT air show at Fairford and an earlier breakfast would have been appreciated. Ideally the air conditioning could be more effective

Comfy stay with attitude…..

Liked: Very large spacious rooms, comfy bed.
Disliked: Receptionist not very communicative. Booked in passed key and left to fend for myself. No explanation on where to go, where room was etc.
