Very good

Comfortable, Warm, Welcoming, Lovely.

Liked: The room was small but efficient, it was clean, welcoming and smelt nice! The man who was working the reception area was so lovely, he chatted to me and made me feel welcome! It was a last minute booking as the hotel we was originally at was not what we paid for, but this was a great back up hotel!
Disliked: The carpet could be updated but other than that it was a nice comfortable stay!

Disliked: Could do with finishing - in need of decorating, paint looks very old. Front windows don't seal shut so let's a lot of noise in from outside (I wedged a peice of card in which improved seal)

Liked: delightful helpfully couple who were very considerate to a senior single lady traveller
Disliked: Not being able to use the main. lounge it was only open for a short time from 12 noon

Disliked: checked in n was told room wasn't ready even thou we asked before attending if can have early check in was told be ok till we got there staff wasn't helpful. room was small about 6ft x 6ft Square with small small bath room ..the room was a disgrace asked.plug sockets hanging off wall and lights /fire sensor .. bathroom mold n hair everywhere and genuinely was a mess ..... ask move but no other rooms available got told..which wad a load bull.definitely a let down for . booking .com company......
