Terrible.

Liked: NA
Disliked: The staff was incredibly rude. Honestly, might be the rudest staff I have ever interacted with. The check-in staff in particular (who text you, by the way) are completely inappropriate.

save yourself money and frustration...

Liked: apart from being a 90% negative experience, both the bed and the shower were the only 2 bright spots in our stay
Disliked: total lack of staff/assistance/communication.we checked in and were taken to a dirty room. had to go back down and tell them it wasn?t ready. extremely loud location no room cleaning during our stay?amenity/resort fee? is a joke/scam. they don?t tell you about it until you check in and by that point you have to otherwise you won?t get a refund. it?s $40/day for a k cup coffee machine in the lobby and 4 bud lights or white claws/night in a ice bucket. you are on your own here. very odd. experience.

Liked: location
Disliked: Someone was in our room when we checked in. Also, requested multiple times throughout day for the ?drinks? amenities and took literal hours to arrive.

Very good

Liked: Nice location. The room was nice size.
Disliked: The staff was hard to contact. The street was so loud late at night hard to sleep. I felt the additional costs were much and no parking which on the street was crazy expensive.

It was a dumpster fire...

Liked: the distance from wrigley field
Disliked: pretty much most of it. non existent staff, language barrier with the one woman who was present. multiple disgruntled guests in lobby. was provided codes that did nothing. asked for drinks that were ?complimentary? that we were charged for and were whatever the staff decided to bring us and not actually what we ordered. don?t know when they actually showed up at the room because we ordered by text and they said they would be there shortly and we gave up after 45 minutes and went out. they then let themselves into our room to drop off the wrong drinks

very bad experience with the...

Liked: The location was wonderful and a short walk to Wrigley Field
Disliked: Our keys wouldn?t work and it took almost 2 hours to get working keys so that we could leave our room. The room said it would sleep 8, and when we got there there were 4 single beds with only 4 pillows! I was also told by Booking.com that the room came with 2 free parking spots and when we checked in had to find a garage. it was over $200 for our 2 cars to park! very deceiving

I would stay here again

Liked: Clean room, clean bathroom, great location.
Disliked: Check in process was a little stressful, but not unexpected based off reviews I read. It went smoothly, other than needing to send multiple texts to get the box code for the keys. After that everything was fine. I would suggest to others to stay on top of the texts several hours before you arrive. If you wait to text once you arrive, you will have to wait for a reply. Text messages are not answered immediately, which is slightly annoying when everything is digital. I personally had no issues with check in.

If you?re seeking a hotel...

Liked: The location was phenomenal! We stayed here to attend a concert at Wrigley Field. We were two blocks away. The hotel itself was also very nice, including our room.
Disliked: The virtual desk/concierge/help doesn?t work well. I was aware of this before booking, but I have to say that I?m unlikely to book at this hotel again in the future. $400+/night is a lot to pay for a room anywhere. The frustrations we faced because of the virtual front desk just isn?t worth the few dollars that are likely saved by not having more staff on site. I didn?t like the amenity fee either. You?re charged $40 dollars for 4 alcoholic beverages and late check out. You don?t even get to choose the beverages! I say they should just charge people that actually use these ?amenities.?
