Couldnt get in the building....
Liked: There wasnt anything I liked. My bags WERE STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM WHILE WE LEFT TO SPEND THE DAY IN THE CITY
Disliked: EVERYTHING THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND AND IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS BECAUSE OF THIS HOTEL

It was relaxing
Liked: Loved the staff and the room
Disliked: Under the pillows was dirty. Didnt notice it til the day we left. Someone else's hair was left over

Too much tech
Liked: Location. Theme.
Disliked: Key app failed. Key card failed. Frustrating without staff on location. Room fine- missing lightbulbs, conditioner. Nightly drinks? Nope. Half filled and open box of white claws left in room. Requested wine.

Liked: Location! And very cute boutique hotel. No staff on site which made the check in process challenging. But the staff I was texting with were very nice.
Disliked: Nothing going on. No coffee in the lobby in the morning. No perks. I didn?t like getting my key from a lock box that was open when I found it. Also felt a little unsafe entering and exiting with no one around

Liked: Room not bad. MAINTAINENE had to change something on the door to my room yesterday A MODULE or something to that affectsNot a happy guest
Disliked: Hard time trying to get into original location I reserved. transferred to another location which took me out of the place I wanted to be near. Outside door hasn't allowed access when no one is at the desk.I also feel I have been OVERCHARGED on my CHASE FREEDOM CARD. This is unacceptable. If these issues are not addressed, I will seek further assistance .

Did not like the fact...
Liked: Cleanliness was a plus, also liked the vibe of the hotel
Disliked: The staff and the fact there was no one we could speak with, we had to text our issues. Very poorly managed. I get we are in a pandemic, however you need at least someobe at the front desk people can speak with.
