Good stay, staff could be...

Liked: Room and bedding was very good bathroom could have been cleaner
Disliked: The service at restaurant not very good especially for the dinner very slow and staff bit rude

It is a lovely hotel...

Liked: The hotel was very well presented almost boutique like in decor. Clean. Good use of space and being able to open the windows wide in the rooms for air was a nice discovery. For the £charge per night, additional vanity items / laundry bag would have been appreciated.
Disliked: There was a very limited selection for breakfast. The avocado toast was not made very well. Appreciate it is a Bangladeshi restaurant and that cuisine is better catered for. We had a very late check in (after 9pm) as we were not offered a checkin before 3pm without paying an additional fee. So we literally paid £240 to sleep and a poor breakfast.

Very pleasant. Excellent staff.

Liked: Asked receptionist if it was possible to have a kettle in the room as it was a coffee/hot water machine.(hot water not very hot)The receptionist didn’t think they had kettles. Delighted on returning from day out a kettle in our room. Receptionist had sorted it out for us asking housekeeping if they had any.
Disliked: Full English breakfast a bit overcooked. Small fridge in room would be nice.

Exceptional hotel

Liked: Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were very attentive. Our room was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of a fabulous garden with water features. The food was exceptional - and we enjoyed the happy hour cocktails! We truly enjoyed our one night stay and would highly recommend this fabulous hotel.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say about this fabulous hotel

Liked: Location was excellent the Customer service was exceptional the room was beautiful and the bar was nice and relaxing. The hotel has a very relaxing environment.
Disliked: A little bit limited on the food menu for room service and breakfast to be served a little bit later.
