Liked: Good breakfast, room nice and big.
Disliked: Noisy pub next door, but not the hotels fault.

Spoilt by one member of...

Liked: The room was spacious, and we booked a sea view room which had great views. Most of the staff were lovely.. The hotel is in a great location on the sea front
Disliked: One member of staff Stephen, the duty manager , ruined the whole trip. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no one on reception, just lots of envelopes. We have had this before where you find your name and take your envelope. My husband started to look for our envelope when Stephen came flying out of the office and pretty much asscused my husband of trying to steal private information. My husband tried to explain what he was doing, but Stephen just carried on with a tirade of abuse and threatened that we couldn't stay. My husband felt very vulnerable as we had already paid in full for the hotel, and I am disabled so he did everything he could to diffuse the situation, very mindful that we were on an island and couldn't easily or afford somewhere else.He managed to calm him down, and we had our stay, but it was totally ruined as we felt we were on edge all the time. He then proceeded to give us wrong information about breakfast and blue badge parking. Also refused to give us a parking disc until my husband pleaded with him.

Liked: Comfortable bed, room had all you could need and the breakfast was great
Disliked: Rooms a little warm and noisy generator outside if window left open

Liked: Location was great.Recently refurbished room very modern.Staff very helpful .
Disliked: Jaks noisy bar on next block open very late had read reviews so knew what to expect we were ok with noise but I expect some people would struggle with sleeping

Liked: Great location, good breakfast & dinner/drinks options.
Disliked: Quite noisy at night, mattresses need upgrading & the TV’s could be improved.

Liked: Great location. Breakfast was all you could ask for.spacious bed room.will return.
Disliked: Only drawback was the parking or lack of but there's nothing the hotel can do about it. Many others have the same problem.
