Overall really happy and would...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and easy to check in.
Disliked: We’re a few people complaining about their rooms when we arrived. Would have been good if staff took them aside so others couldn’t hear their complaints.

Great location, very clean with...

Liked: Convenient location, very friendly staff, property is clean and quiet inside and outside.
Disliked: We stayed in a family suite. There were surprisingly no outlets in the bedroom so I couldn’t plug in/use my cpap machine. We also couldn’t charge our phones in the bedroom (and therefore didn’t know what time it was with no phone or clock). This should be mentioned in the room description online.

Spa facilities and restaurant food...

Liked: Location good. Breakfast ok but service very poor. No introduction,no offer of tea or coffee or of other items available to order apart from buffet. Told it was very busy but if we wanted something what did we want! Omelette came after 30mins, even though others being catered for in between. Too late as we were leaving. Staff need training. Call at 11.30 to say we should have checked out of room at 11. We had booked and paid extra to stay until 2. Asked them to check their system. No apology for mistake. Gave feedback on stay. No communication since.

One night stay to relax...

Liked: The breakfast was great just a shame the hot food wasn’t cooked freshly for the individual… but was great quality…The spa locker were hard to use and was a bit cold when not swimming.Hotel was lovely and we had amazing afternoon tea and enjoy our stay where the staff looked after us well. Beautiful views from the penthouse we was upgraded to.. making our stay a memory extra special. But thank you Mohit
Disliked: There wasn’t an option on check out to tip with cards to the staff members who help our trip…As we didn’t have any cash on us.
