Great Location , Spectacular Views...
Liked: The location was great. The views of the Harbour and the views from the restaurant are spectacular. Easy to access river Thames for walks / jogs. Surrounding areas are queit and serene.The staff especially at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Check-in staff could be more friendly

Disappointing with the overall service...
Liked: Quality of bed/tv/ furnishings
Disliked: One room was not ready at 3 pm. Still Was not ready at 4 pm. Had to go out for a previously booked meal without being able to shower and change and unpack after travelling 5 hours in intense heat. Kept saying it would be 10 mins for over hour and half. Had drink in bar. Service was not very good . Short measured on beer and £22 champagne cocktail was only half a glass. Felt it was a rip off.

Disliked: Carpets were being put down as we arrived. Computer was not working then we were asked to swap to another hotel. No reason given. A cup cake as compensation. Coat belt lost in transit between hotels then eventually found. A lot of money for this inconvenience. Told they had tried to contact me regarding a hotel switch which was not true. Additionally staff in the restaurant were slow and not trained..

Disappointing
Liked: Certain aspects were great and well thought out, especially the little cup for the iron
Disliked: The staff were very disorganised, didn’t have a room ready at check in, woke us up from sleep by ringing the room multiple times to get a signature for a drink we had in the bar. Reserved £400 on credit card instead of advised £200. Charged £65 for a laundry service I didn’t use. Had to come down to collect our own drinks instead of room service as we were told they were too busy, only to come down and find it very quiet.

Wonderful harborview hotel away from...
Liked: Buffet breakfast was hearty and delicious. All wait staff were excellent and friendly such as Lili. I loved the harbor view. It was very relaxing to come back to after a hectic day of sightseeing. While not close to central London, the train station and water taxi were close by and we found a few excellent restaurants within close walking distance.
Disliked: I forgot that the original booking included breakfast. 3 days before the stay the hotel offered breakfast at 20% off so I purchased it. It was a bit stressful getting the refund.the hotel did not reply to 3 emails before the stay and it took several days during the stay to get it resolved.Not until after we left was there an email confirming the double charge. Luz at the front desk was very.helpful however.

Don’t be fooled by the...
Liked: There was nothing I liked! The facility was outdated and shabby, and the staff was inefficient, and the towel was stained. There is nothing about 5 stars. Definitely deceitful rate and overedited pictures! Most importantly, don't book it earlier. I booked it months earlier, and as they required prepaid, when I checked the day, I found out the price was half, and there was no price matching at all! The worst experience I have ever had!

Nice hotel but expensive for...
Liked: The staff where friendly, and happy to help. On my arrival I realised there were feather pillows and duvet on the bed and I am allergic. I called the reception and with in 15 minutes they were changing them for me.
Disliked: There was quite a lot of dust in the room around the bed and the carpets were a bit stained. On arrival we were asked to pay for the extra bed we had asked for at £48 per night but I luckily I had an email saying g it was free of charge so wasn’t charged. I was also asked the pay a £200 hold fee until the end of my stay which wasn’t a problem I just wasn’t aware it had to be done. And finally it suggests there is parking with the hotel but you will be asked to pay for it at a rate of £85 per night.
