Huge Improvement Happening, Love it...
Liked: I come to the hotel twice yearly for work, l can 1000% see a great improvement in the hotel after Covid. Bar area & food was lovely, live music on the weekends brilliant! stayed in room 215 best shower ever. Julio the bar/restaurant manager was amazing. (Top Guy) Front desk staff brilliant too. Restaurant has a lot of young staff that need a little more training, but very helpful.

Perfect, perfect and perfect
Liked: I stayed in the River King Suite and it was absolutely phenomenal. The view was amazing. The suite itself was so clean, so nice and I really felt as if I was at home. The breakfast offered is breathtaking. So much variety and cooked to perfection. This really was the best hotel I’ve been too. I can’t wait to go back!

Over all dissapointed with stay...
Liked: The food was very nice. Staff at the hotel were very professional, helpful and welcoming. Room we stayed in was lovely and comfortable.
Disliked: The lack of availability at the Restaurant bar. Including alcoholic drinks, ingredients for certain cocktails and only 1 expensive cigar left in stock. Apparently due to do doing a restock. Was told on the Sunday that I could not have a cocktail as the cocktail maker not there. Booked for the Estrava restaurant and was told when I asked a member of staff where it was I was informed usually on the 8th floor but at the moment was in the normal restaurant. Slightly disappointing.Treatment that I had,a massage was satisfactory but could have been better.The steam room in the male changing rooms not working. Husband disappointed. The swimming area looked tired and in need of an upgrade both aesthetically and also furnishings the lack of.
