Nice hotel in a quiet...

Liked: Lovely clean hotel in a lovely quiet location.
Disliked: They didn't have enough beds in our room. The pool isn't very family friendly especially for small children as it is 1.5 metres deep all over.

From arriving at reception and...

Liked: The rooms were lovely and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbour.
Disliked: Dated decor but then sooner pay the price we paid for staying in a 5 star hotel in London. Value for money was worth it. Will be staying again.
