Unforgettable stay at a 5*...
Liked: I enjoyed the room and the balcony suite. The view was amazing and the rooms were nice and cosy. The bathroom was well equipped and the staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the stay here.Our tv wasnt working but the engineer came and assisted. We also needed toothpaste and the staff were efficient and prompt in providing it. We are happy with the service overall.
Disliked: When we came down for breakfast, there were no plates and not enough food for us all. So, having paid an additional fee, it would have been nicer to have the food there.

Liked: The hotel was lovely, the room was gorgeous, best nights sleep. However I paid before arrival, but they still took nearly £1000 in pre authorisation charges and I am still trying to get them back. I have only had 1 update so far and it's been a week Clearly the staff don't know how to work the systems and this resulted in them keep taking money and never knowing how to actually get it back to the customer. This has ruined the experience, I did raise it with booking.com but noone there has got back to me either.
Disliked: See above, poor handling of my issue regarding taking excessive pre authorisation charges and not refunding. A week later and still not resolved do not stay at this hotel and do not give them your card details.
