Disappointing

Disliked: No email received to gain access to the property. No reply to contact telephone number provided. Had to contact Booking.com. Took over an hour to get access. Door to the cupboard that housed the toilet, shower didn’t even fit, never mind close. Only 2 tea bags, 2 milk for a 2 night booking. Not the cleanest of places. Horrible smell greeted you as you came in the main front door. Only stayed the one night, left a day early.

Liked: It's clean and really valued. A few minutes walking from the nearest metro station. Have basic facilities like towels, kettle, tea, coffee, etc. Good location to stay near Whitley Bay.
Disliked: It's a bit loud at night from the neighbour's room. Wifi is a bit slow.
