The customer service was terrible. They charged me twice for the room and it was a hassle to get my money refunded. I called multiple times and couldn't get a call back. I ended up having to contact Hilton to get any results.

Decent stay overall but don’t...

Liked: Nice location and nice rooms with a Mountain View. The lobby bar and staff was amazing. Wesley was super nice also and allowed us to check in a little early.
Disliked: Elevators and hallways very hot compared to rooms. No ventilation. Went to Rooftop bar and while the food was good the staff was terrible. Everyone we saw was standing g around and playing on their cell phones. One couple came in after us and was seated for like 15-20 mins and never got service so they left.
