Very good

Liked: Right on the seafront, really comfy bed, lovely staff and very clean.
Disliked: The cot provided for our baby wasn’t suitable as it was for a toddler, so he slept in the pram instead, but appreciate people might not understand what is a safe cot for such a young baby

Relaxed and comfortable

Liked: Excellent location for the Pier and a short walk to the town centre. Food was also very good with an excellent breakfast choice. The staff were wonderful and always helpful

Disappointing

Liked: The balcony, and the coffee.
Disliked: The erratic lift, soap that doesn’t lather, no bathrobe no bath towels, no shower cap, leaking ceiling onto bed though it was fixed quickly…no coffee capsules for the coffee machine, phone doesn’t work, filthy carpets especially the one in the lift, stained walls in bedroom, cake under the bed….We had expectations because we were in a so called superior de luxe suite!First night was in so called superior room priced at £180.Our stay cost us £360 for 3 nights without breakfast.Never again.
