Tired seaside hotel in need...

Liked: Free upgrade to a garden room, tea and coffee making facilities available in room. Cleaning service was efficient.
Disliked: Room, including bathroom, was shabby and tired looking. TV remote had been cleaned so often all the markings had worn off; and batteries were dead. Staff seemed depressed and fed up. Garden rooms actually overlook a park on the other side of a busy road, so traffic noise was disturbing at night. Springs were visible through the mattress - I had to sleep on top of the duvet for some padding. Floorboards in all rooms creaked, adding to the noise disturbance. Windows were dirty and covered with ivy.

Excellent overall, and Worthing will...

Liked: The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the park. Excellent view. The bathroom was clean and functional but rather small. However the room was excellent with desk, wardrobe space, luggage space and the bed very comfortable. Above all everywhere was very clean. The location for this visit could not have been better near the beach, the pier, and very importantly the bus services along the south coast between Brighton and Portsmouth.
Disliked: Bathroom was clean but the only criticism, and clearly constrained by the date of the building, it was a little bit small.

Great visit

Liked: Great location, sea view really was a full sea view.Good shower, comfy beds.
Disliked: The window rattled in our room as it was exceptionally windy, however some ingenius 'packing' of clothing around it stopped it.

Liked: Some Guests told me that they would love to coming to the Chatsworth hotel again. Reason it's great emphasise and comfortable zone .Most Chatsworth hotel employees are high standard and very good professional act
