Convenient and servicable.

Liked: Well located. Adequate room.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off at 7 a.m. The bell was right next to our room, It was raining. We went outside but noone came and noone every explained what was happening. Eventually it stopped. The bedding was also not first rate. All the supplies for coffee were paper wrapped in plastic. It would be nice to have a real glass.

Liked: Location. Restaurants within walking distance. Beaches close by. Renovated Bathroom, 18 inch ceramic Tiles. Outdoor Swimming Pool at facility.
Disliked: The one problem for Elderly may be the installed Tub/Shower enclosure. This room had a Step in Shower. The Wall may have been 18 inches. Difficult for some I would believe.

A great place to stay.

Liked: We would definitely stay at The Chatham Motel again. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, spotless and tastefully modernized and decorated. The property is clean, nicely landscaped and very quiet in the evening. No traffic noise! We'd not been to Chatham in years and the Office Manager, Jennifer, was very helpful in answering our various questions. The motel's location was ideal for our activities and there is dining and shopping nearby.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great budget friendly option!

Liked: We were passing through for one evening and this was budget friendly! Great location for the Cape however “downtown” Chatham isn’t exactly walkable. Very clean, easy check-in, updated bathrooms.
Disliked: Bed is “OK”. I could feel the springs in it, would hope these get updated soon. Absolutely no early check-ins!
