Liked: The location
Disliked: The first room we were given had no air/heat and the room we did stay in was smaller than expected. We had to bring our own coffee maker and there was no microwave. They offered free coffee in the lobby, but who wants to get dressed, go down the elevator, get a cup of coffee and go back upstairs to the room. Not us. The icing on the cake was that the valet parking uses most of the handicap parking spaces (which I needed) to park visitors cars and when we complained to the valet stand, they said that they had to use it because it was raining, however, it wasn't raining the night before and the lot was almost full, and the front desk just said that they were sorry.

Lovely looking property and excellent...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had just arrived on a 14 hour flight and they were kind enough to give us an early check-in which was truly appreciated. Free parking on the premises was very convenient.
Disliked: The lack of facilities. Such an "awesome looking" property but there wasn't even a Spa or a Salon on the premises. There is no breakfast option available even if you are willing to pay for it because there's just one restaurant in the hotel which is closed on weekday mornings and only opens at 4.00pm everyday. So, it was very inconvenient as we had to use Uber Eats or go out for Brekkie. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room with was shocking and totally unacceptable in such a fancy looking property. Seeing as there is no Restaurant on the premises serving brekkie, the least they could do is to provide a coffee machine or a kettle in the rooms - it's a basic service provided by most hotels around the world.Lastly, if you are hoping for a good nights' sleep, you better hope there is no event or wedding during your stay, as it can get really noisy with guests returning to their rooms late at night/early morning - obviously in party mode, so you hear them screaming and singing as they wall down the hallways to their rooms, which was very disturbing.

Wonderful overnight stay. Will definitely...

Liked: The property is beautiful. A luxury property in an unexpected place. The staff was prompt and attentive, especially the wait staff in the lobby bar/restaurant. And the piano player is absolutely outstanding. Worth going there just for dinner!
Disliked: The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor quite substantially despite the door seal being closed and intact. I used almost all the towels to soak it up. It needs to be looked at.
