Beautiful location, but disappointing across...

Liked: Lovely location, easy to access.
Disliked: This hotel could be a real gem, but there is very little attention to detail and our experience was really upsetting. For example, the outdoor furniture, in addition to being quite old and damaged, is also very dirty. The hotel is also presented as “Breakfast included”, but it is not on weekends, which is misleading. The weekday breakfast is also extremely limited with only sweet options. The restaurant on site is also very disappointing: for example, the expected lovely burrata salad was in fact 3 (no more) slices of not-ripe tomatoes with 3 short slices of mozzarella (not burrata) but did cost $18. Some staff members are extremely nice, others not as much, and management is not available when issues arise. I barely have to write negative reviews, but this was not the stay we expected for this price range and according to the description.

Liked: Beautiful location right in the lake
Disliked: The cushions on the pool loungers were all ripped. They have speakers by the pool but no music - they have music in the front outdoor area that would have been nice by the pool. At night we sat out by the lake and all the cushions had a thick layer of dirt on them so we were unable to use.

Liked: The continental breakfast was fine. The bar for drinks was excellent and so was the bartender.

Pleasant

Liked: were told we got free breakfast when we arrived that is only Monday thru Thursday..Our room was handicapped room and no room to put toiletries, only one chair in our room .No privacy on pur patio it was next door to the restuarant .we asked to move but it would be upstairs which we didn't want due to my husband needing knee replacement in June .we were there 18 months ago and it was very nice not this time ...Light bulb out in bathroom and toilet was leaking
