A lovely riverside pub with...

Liked: Welcoming and helpful staff. We did not have dinner there as we were visiting family, but the breakfast was excellent and next time we hope to sample more of their menu.

A great base for visiting...

Liked: Well positioned by the river in Ludlow. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river and castle. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Dinner was a bit of a letdown. . In particular the steak was very chewy.
