Liked: The location was excellent. Only a short walk to the castle. Great that there is car parking I had lunch .it was very good and tasty
Disliked: The single bed was too narrow. I was frightened of falling offThe fridge gave off a lot of heat which made the room too hot

Overall an enjoyable stay.

Disliked: Attitude of staff in the morning.

Liked: Fantastic location. Very, very good food for a reasonable price. Excellent service. Gorgeous modern double room with private outside balcony complete with your own seating area looking right on to the river.

Liked: Friendly welcoming staff. Excellent food. Very comfortable room. Air con and fridge excellent additions. Maybe some herb tea options.

Liked: Having paid for an upgrade the room was great and we enjoyed having a balcony and hot tub.
Disliked: The dinner menu for a vegetarian was poor, the breakfast was not great (no fresh fruit, a poor choice of cereal and the porridge was extremely chewy.)Not being able to get a window table for dinner.In the room there were only 2 English breakfast teabags and only a few small satchels of milk.
