Disliked: Air conditioning was kept on in the 8th floor club, no matter how much I asked for heat.

Perfect winter getaway

Liked: We absolutely loved everything! The hotel is gorgeous the location is perfect and the shops can’t be beat. 115 live Christmas trees and decorations all over really helped get us in the Christmas spirit. We both said it needs to be a tradition!

Liked: Attention to detail and the front desk manager, when we inquired about moving away from the construction noise that was going on directly above 353.
Disliked: Not being warned on the front end about interior room construction.

Very nice except at departure...

Liked: The room was excellent. The surroundings and functions at the hotel were excellent.Room service for three breakfasts was fantastic.
Disliked: We had problems leaving the hotel. Two calls to the front desk on Sunday morning 12/8/24 requesting baggage assistance and our vehicle did not go well. We waited for nearly an hour until I went to obtain a baggage cart myself at which time I finally received assistance.We also requested a copy of our bill and as of today, 12/9/24 I still have not received the bill.

We had a great time!
