Disliked: The lights didn?t work in the room next to the bed and I couldn?t charge my phone there. The room was also very dusty. I had to take allergy meds. I had no idea what floor Henrietta?s was, had to figure it out. I was seated outdoors for breakfast but it was cold and the waiter did t offer to put on the heater. I never got a coffee refill. The food was good, but the hash browns were greasy. I never got salt and pepper for my eggs. The shower was extremely slippery. I had to put a towel down. The thermostat did not work properly either. It did not function correctly. The room also smelled fishy; not sure if it was from the restaurant. I also thought the soaps were for men not women, they smelled like men?s fragrance. They should have had a proper soap for washing hands as Covid is around, not what was provided. There was no shop on site so I walked to CVS. That was disappointing. In the parking garage someone parked so close to me that I couldn?t open my driver door on day 2. I had to Climb over the seat and hurt myself as I have a hip replacement. That was very aggravating. Not a valet in sight in the garage.

Great location for Harvard visit.

Liked: Fantastic location and huge rooms. Very clean, comfortable bedding.
Disliked: Due to Covid, they had very little in the way of services. Understood, but why LOCK the mini-fridge?? Just because you aren't stocking a mini-bar doesn't mean you have to lock the fridge so that guests are unable to keep their drinks cold. Also, the restaurants were closed.

Bad

Liked: Location. Rooms small but ok.
Disliked: Horrible service during Covid, actually non existent. No front door so if you have any disability don?t go! Under construction for the next few weeks. No frig or service of any sort. Have to special request everything. Staff unfriendly and uninterested. Food in restaurant was poor. Old rotisserie chicken no ice in the water which was like bath water from sitting in the sun. Wait staff nice but clueless. Would not stay here again.
