Liked: Tracy and her husband were so welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected and they were friendly and accommodating, with lots of suggestions for local highlights for lunch and views. The room itself was lovely and very comfortable, with beautiful stained glass windows. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Overall a lovely (albeit short!) weekend trip.

Extremely cosy

Liked: Everything was very good. Our room wasn't very big, but it was cosy. Perfect decor and a very cosy atmosphere. The breakfast is simply perfect. The best we had on our trip to Devon and Cornwall.
Disliked: It's not just a problem with this accommodation, but something that has become commonplace. Check-in time too late and check-out time too early. In any case, we had our room available an hour earlier.

Liked: Richard and Tracey were very friendly and welcoming. The room was luxurious and beds very comfy. Breakfast was from a menu and was very tasty, well cooked. We couldn't recommend this property more highly.

Lovely hosts, amazing food and...

Liked: The breakfast was incredible. With my wife being American she asked for cream for her coffee. That staff literally on the morning of the request, the staff/owners drove to the shop to get some. Every day there were fresh chocolates on the bedside table. We were late checking in due to traffic and called to let them know, and they waited up for us and recommended local take-out places to buy food and then even set up a table for us specially at our time of arrival.
Disliked: A mini fridge and microwave in the room would have been nice.

Liked: Tracey and Richard are really nice! Breakfast ist formidable, the room was exciting. So many love in decoration!

Super breakfast, lovely couple running...

Liked: The owners were very friendly and the property was inviting and clean. We stayed with our 16 year old son in Room 5 which had a double bed and 2 singles. This would be a perfect room for a family of 4. We were very happy with our stay. This property was a perfect location for our visit to The Eden Project.
