Pleasant

Liked: Location is excellent. Within 10-15Mins walking to Central Mkt/ Chinatown/ or Rundle Mall. The place is clean and looks new. The rooms are big for 2 Queen size beds.
Disliked: Internal Walls are quite hallow… so neighboring units slam doors can be easily be heard.

Liked: Overall the property was good - spacious clean rooms, centrally located etc
Disliked: However. Asking specifically for a quiet room only to be street facing on a low floor and then experience someone (council??) using a leaf blower out the front of the hotel every morning AT 4AM (!!!) near what are already poorly soundproofed rooms was horrendous. There can’t be that many leaves surely. Not the fault of the hotel but disruptive nonetheless. Hotel should ask council or whomever is leaf blowing bandit to do it later.

Disappointing Stay – Not a...

Disliked: I spent two nights at this hotel and, unfortunately, was quite disappointed. Although the property has been recently renovated, the overall experience did not meet expectations.The staff were unapproachable and seemed to actively avoid any interaction, which felt very strange and unwelcoming. The room had poor sound insulation – I could hear every movement from the hallway and adjacent rooms. The bathroom was uncomfortably cold, making it unpleasant to use, especially in the mornings.Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the service and amenities were more in line with a basic 2-star property. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless expectations are adjusted accordingly.
