Liked: Fantastic location - we love the buzz of being right in the center of Dunedin. The staff are so welcoming and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Highly recommend

Was happy with the place....

Liked: Very close to the centre of town and easy to find
Disliked: Car park was very challenging.Extractor fan in bathroom was noisy and couldn't be turned off

Liked: Very tidy rooms, nice bathroom and love the central location of the hotel
Disliked: This is a room only hotel, no food options, but there are plenty around.
