Superb

Liked: This was a lovely hotel with very polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was banging. Free drink on the house. Fresh milk and selection of coffee in room. Location was excellent, just off the main drag but so close to prime areas.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The room hadn't been cleaned properly. Lots of dust in the room. Telephone, light switches and plug sockets had grime on them. Blinds in bedroom where closed and when opened it showed hotel rubbish. Also the sound of the tube was very loud.

Liked: Close to tube and the Tower of London. Rooms large and clean. Bed super comfortable. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for some time.

A little gem with a...

Liked: We loved this hotel. A short walk to two underground stations and the staff in every department were absolutely lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and very hospitable. Cited in a business district meant over the weekend, it was quiet, and you could have a great sleep. Their coffee is very nice.
Disliked: Breakfast cooked to order is nice but takes a bit longer. They do have a decent choice, though, but personally, we would have preferred a buffet.
