Disliked: First they added extra charges for things I did not ask. Then they lied about the refund. They never refunded anything.The room was like a garbage room.

Liked: perfect for my stop over, parking and places to eat near.

Liked: The location was good. That's the only thing that was good about this place
Disliked: The heat didn't work. We called and they said they would send someone but no one ever came. Thank goodness our friends were in the adjoining room. We had to leave the doors open and get heat from their room. When we went to sleep, we closed the doors for privacy, and woke up to 60° in our room. The plug for the TV kept falling out of the wall. We were not given rooms where we thought we were staying. We were given rooms at an "annex" down the road. It looked like it was monthly rentals. The building was rotting. A community phone was on the outside of the building to reach the office. No phones in the rooms.

Liked: Wi-fi and cable TV was decent. Although TV was tiny..
Disliked: 2 hours after check in time finally got a room thar was ready. Requested handicap the bathroom was so small a wheelchair could not fit in. We were left out in rain waiting for a room to be ready. Our encounter witĥ female employee was not pleasant. The male employee did his best to

Liked: Pretty cool location, the bed was comfortable, other than that pretty nondescript for a Wyndham hotel.
Disliked: Very plain, the lobby was a little bit cluttered, made us worry about what the room would look like but it was okay

Disliked: staff not prepared and so unprofessional I’ve been i the samelocation before, but it was under different management . we had to wait for check in outside on cold weather for 20 minutes. the guy wasn’t in the property when we arrived at night. called twice to get him with the key for the room. next day, no service or cleaning the room, no new towels weren’t provided. we had to drive to the other location to get new towels… he never told us that we had to go after him for a simple towel for us to take shower… over all, terrible service..I will callmy Amex to dispute portion of the charge for 2 nights.

The annex was a great...

Liked: The motel property was in dire need of repair.. however, we were located in the Annex down the street that was in far better condition. Some of our friends that were in the main motel were very disappointed and will not return to that motel in the future, we would return however would make sure that our room was in the Annex again.
Disliked: The main part of the motel was in need of repair.. lamp shades broken and not clean.
