Liked: Character; a bit different; parking on-site.
Disliked: All good but a decent-ish walk into town (15 to 20 mins to Beale Street) and not everyone would fancy walking back late.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend.
Liked: Nice ambiance in the lounge
Disliked: The service was not good. Half a job of servicing rooms. Rooms were not clean enough. Grumpy reception, but friendly service at breakfast.

Very good
Liked: It's definitely a unique location to stay. Rooms where clean and the check-in process was good.
Disliked: When I booked my reservation, I opted for the breakfast included option, and they didn't give me the voucher until I had brought it up during breakfast. It is NOT a continental breakfast, and the voucher is a 50$ value.

Great stay, covered all activities,...
Liked: When we arrived it felt like we were slightly out of town and felt a bit remote to start. However, it was a 5-10 walk to Beale Street where most of the live music action and restaurants are located. A 5 minute walk to the Lorraine Motel. 5 minute walk to waterfront. Famous Peabody hotel 15 minute walk. Across the road was the famous Memphis Dinner where Elvis used to to go. And a couple of doors along a more ‘healthy’ option.
Disliked: Minor things. One coffee mug in room, so other choice was to use the takeaway cups provided.Curtains in room were off hooks.Often used food containers over flowing in bins by elevators
