This superb family-run hotel offers excellent value for money and has a prime position in Llandudno overlooking the sea with views of Snowdonia from the rear. It also offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The on-site restaurant offers an array of freshly prepared homemade meals and the produce is locally sourced when possible. The lounge bar offers a variety of drinks including an extensive wine list. Would recommend if going to theatre as it's only a five minute walk and reasonably priced.

Liked: Staff very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms have tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits.
Disliked: Very clean but decor could be updated.

Loved every minute of my...

Liked: Beautiful room with a fantastic view, very clean and extremely comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the bar and lounge area very nice. Staff great , the young man on reception was very polite and helpful

Abundance of rudeness available in...

Disliked: Rude staff, deceiving pictures.. they have 4 different types of double rooms and when choose , there is no indication of those options, finally at tge mercy of their "so called available rooms". Could suffocate in their top attic rooms, so tiny than advertised.. when asked about staff, so rude and defensive.. Booking.com is so helpful inl solving the request still, they are very actively working on this and my trip ended with ridiculous hotel yesterday..
