Liked: Love all the quirky little features that they’ve got it’s perfectly located for everything that you need to do in Scarborough just enough out the way from the hustle and bustle and only a short walk to the Victorian lift down to the seafront

Disappointing

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff.Towels and bedding clean
Disliked: Needs a deep clean throughout and refurbishment. We had a fan in the wardrobe which had burnt out, this was swapped immediately with a fan from reception. Couldn't open windows in bedroom or bathroom. Uneven flooring, couldn't get hot water in showers. We booked two standard doubles, both rooms had similar issues. Needs investment!
