Beautiful hotel, a happy stay.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Loved the cosy decor. Huge, comfortable bedroom and the staff were lovely. We’d love to go back.
Disliked: We booked a parking space months in advance but when we arrived someone had taken our spot. We had to go to a car park up the street, which only took cash, and had to stand in the rain to download a car parking app to pay with a card! Not a good start but cannot fault the hotel. But, they really need to get some reserved signs for their car park. Our car is very large and whenever I book a hotel the first filter I use is car parking, it’s very important to us.
