The Central Downtown Inn Suites

Very good

Liked: The suite was excellent. Spacious suite overall and large kitchen, living areas. Very cozy. Also it was very quiet. Lots of closet space and mirrors to get ready. AC system was quiet.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets for the pull out sofa. Lighting was insufficient/dark in the suite despite having a few full lamps. Room could be updated in terms of curtains.

Liked: Centrally located. Living space was very large for the money. The full kitchen would be nice for longer stays.
Disliked: Never met any staff. Communication was via email/text (with some incorrect info provided). Room was 86 degrees on arrival. Shower had no shampoo (but three body lotions).

Disliked: It was absolutely horrible. The area was completely run down. To say my wife and I felt unsafe would be an understatement. We did not even take our luggage out of the car, but left to find another place. The staff is terrible. He was supposed to check with the “back office” about getting us at least a partial refund. Needless to say, I never heard anything from the back office. Afterwards, I got Booking.com involved, but this place never even responded to them. When I called Central Downtown approximately 10 days after my scheduled stay, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I was outside the 30 day time limit for refunds. Avoid this place like the plague.
