The Central Downtown Inn Suites

Value and cleanliness was good...

Liked: Location is very good, situated with easy access to Shaker Village, Norman Rockwell Museum and only 45 minutes from New York's Art Omi outdoor sculpture park. Suite was very roomy and well stocked with necessities. Staff is text only, no desk or office but texts were offered promptly.
Disliked: Expected two beds as we had a grandchild with us. The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable for her, so she just slept on the sofa - not the best sleep. Also we visited in early April with unusually warm weather and the air conditioning was not yet turned on, so room on first night was very warm.

Nice place. Terrible staff. No...

Liked: Could not contact property manager. Then finally walked to room. Promised door code by email. Never sent so could not go out for dinner. Nice room. Bit expensive for total lack of care for a guest.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable
Disliked: The kitchen was not well equipped and the dishwasher was not bolted to the cabinet so it fall forward when loading and was a bit dangerous if you have young children.

Unexpectedly spacious and elegant

Liked: Very clean and spacious. Great new furniture.
Disliked: Our shower curtain was missing but I'm sure it was a simple oversight.

Very pleased with the apartment

Liked: Good location, good parking, shops and restaurants nearby.
