Disliked: It was absolutely horrible. The area was completely run down. To say my wife and I felt unsafe would be an understatement. We did not even take our luggage out of the car, but left to find another place. The staff is terrible. He was supposed to check with the “back office” about getting us at least a partial refund. Needless to say, I never heard anything from the back office. Afterwards, I got Booking.com involved, but this place never even responded to them. When I called Central Downtown approximately 10 days after my scheduled stay, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I was outside the 30 day time limit for refunds. Avoid this place like the plague.

Exceptional

It was a perfect place...

Liked: Very clean and well-managed property. The pre-check-in instructions were exact and informative. The room was spacious and surrounded by well-managed grounds.
Disliked: The room was not soundproofed at all—noise from the floor above, and the entrance door to the building. The heating system was not very efficient; the fan was noisy when it turned on, despite adjustments.

Liked: I liked the price, cleanliness and the comfort of the place. Being that it's set back from the streets a little it's also super quiet

Value and cleanliness was good...

Liked: Location is very good, situated with easy access to Shaker Village, Norman Rockwell Museum and only 45 minutes from New York's Art Omi outdoor sculpture park. Suite was very roomy and well stocked with necessities. Staff is text only, no desk or office but texts were offered promptly.
Disliked: Expected two beds as we had a grandchild with us. The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable for her, so she just slept on the sofa - not the best sleep. Also we visited in early April with unusually warm weather and the air conditioning was not yet turned on, so room on first night was very warm.
