Liked: Great location! Very close to the theater district and Grand Central Terminal.

Excellent location for our city...

Liked: The location is amazing, just or 5th Avenue and Strow from the Rockefeller Centre.
Disliked: There were no dining facilities in the hotel, no bar and, aside from a tiny gym area, no leisure facilities.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was a great space, very comfortable and lots of space to spread out. Lovely big bed, great floor to ceiling windows and a great size bathroom. WiFi fast and reliable. Tea and coffee provided and topped up as soon as we asked. Also provided prosecco and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary on arrival. Japanese toilet an added bonus, and they were very accommodating with storing our luggage on checkout day.
Disliked: Nothing really, I had seen complaints about no daily cleaning but we didn't miss that at all.
