Nice Place to Stay; Reasonable...
Liked: Staff was helpful. Bed and internet were fine. Rooms were ok.
Disliked: Rooms could use a bit of a refurbishing. The location is not ideal, although I knew that when I booked. While the staff said it was a short walk to the main part of town i am glad i drove as it was about a mile.

Disliked: Only one little thing. No plugs or light on both sides of the bed

Liked: Loved the restaurant downstairs! The food was fabulous!! Beds and pillows were great. Bathrooms were fabulous.
Disliked: Floors were so slanted it was hard to walk in our room. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. The pictures make the rooms look alot more elegant than they are. Staff was short and it was hard to get someone at the front desk.

I love this hotel and...
Liked: The place has such great character. It isn?t a cookie cutter hotel. Each room has its own personality. The location near city center is a plus. the rooms are big. The room was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are getting shabby and need to be updated. Seeing all the peeling wallpaper is unsightly and unnecessary. The continental breakfast was not very good. the bagels were very stale, no spoons for the yogurt and there was no place to sit comfortably.

Enjoyed our stay, will be...
Liked: Lucy in the dining room was very nice and prompt. While having dinner the young ladies behind the bar could be heard singing. :) Harrison at the front desk took care of changes pertaining to our reservations.
Disliked: Security. Access through the front and rear entrances were unrestricted. Would have liked to see at least after hours room key required locks on the entry doors.
