Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Liked: Polite costumer service.
Disliked: Hidden fees.

One night only as we...

Liked: Got a new tv remote when ours didn’t work. Central location. Lots of channels. Dinner at the restaurant was good.
Disliked: Temperature and smell in the room was weird. Bathroom very modern looking but overly styalized so it wasn’t too comfortable (open shower, shallow sink, door didn’t really close or lock). Basically impossible to get a hold of anyone at the front desk through phone or anyone else for that matter.

Great hotel if you have...

Liked: Beautiful scenery, great location, and amazing staff.
Disliked: The beds are, unfortunately, terrible.

Amazing place to stay.

Liked: The location is perfect, considering it's proximity to the river and local parks.
Disliked: Soap dispensers ran out and it took awhile to get them filled.
