Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Liked: Polite costumer service.
Disliked: Hidden fees.

Liked: Very nice room and the free shuttle to the Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Having to use your room card to get out of the parking lot.

Liked: Nice room and had an awesome view! Well worth the $$.

Patio deck filthy, charged 50.00...

Disliked: Paying to park. Also, I was charged 50.00 and never told why. I would like the 50. Refunded since I paid a lot for one nite and never spent money at the hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location, comfy beds, and great view!
Disliked: Everything was unplugged, including the microwave which required pulling out the dresser and plugging it in ourselves after the front desk didn’t answer our call. The bartender was extremely rude two nights in a row and the pool had no towels when we first went and closed when we got there the second day.

High room humidity and musty...

Liked: Amenities, restaurants on site, outdoor areas, close to places we needed to go
Disliked: Extremely height humidity level in room, very muggy all 3 nights/4 days there; linens felt wet, any clothing hanging out felt wet; seemed like air conditioning was not working properly as it had extreme condensation on it, a musty smell, and did not reduce humidity in room; no opening windows to bring in any fresh/ cooler air; bathroom felt less humid than rest of room.
