Liked: There is a good choice of restaurants on site and a good fee things for yiu to get up to if staying in is the plan. Pools, sauna, steam room all great.
Disliked: Mainly on pricing and I supposed!! you'd expct not to have to pay for certain things. The spa treatments were cut short in times. You pay for minutes so I'd expect them. You pay for parking in the top car park on exit. The cellar bar darts are broken and not usable, pool ques broken and not usable. So these smaller things let it down

Liked: Breakfast was top class. Amazing choice. Area was very pleasant. Staff friendly and professional. Clean.
Disliked: Disappointed at the parking charge; where else were we supposed to park? Signage could have been better. disappointed as our table had peeling varnish. She was friendly and nice but almost took my husband’s dessert before he’d finished; she did apologise. Silly problem with the card payment that make me feel embarrassed as a member of staff having to come and explain to me which left me feeling disappointed. This is a shame as the meal and drinks were lovely. Would have liked more choice with desserts. The rhubarb hardly tasted of anything. Signs so we could walk back especially by the main building; felt like we were trespassing having to walk on the grass. Such a shame as it was a lovely place but probably won’t go back. Also busy with events and expensive at the bars.
