Disliked: Very poor service by their staff were rude and disrespectful especially their lady security

Fabulous hotel

Liked: The resort is fabulous . The pool and spa was very well kept . Not too overcrowded. The music in the bar having a night cap. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: We were informed on check in that housekeeping would separate the double bed into twin beds. When we arrived back to the room at 10.45pm this was not done. Too late to ring down. I had to sleep on the sofa. Not ideal. Not much sleep

Liked: Great breakfast rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: All the staff were really nice and helpful except one of the drivers who transfers you from the manor to the golf club, we didn’t get his name an elderly fella with the old fashioned moustache. Pig ignorant and totally unhelpful
