Dated, over priced…such a shame...
Liked: Beautiful grounds, great breakfast, maître d at Rafters, lovely team of shuttle drivers
Disliked: Overpriced (cocktails £16.95??!) poor service (bad attitudes, unhelpful, hard work at times), terrible pool/ spa facilities - half facilities not working, run down, needs deep clean, overrun by screaming kids, mandatory booking system unclear and really takes away from the spa hotel hotel vibe. Mentioned half way through our stay that we were not enjoying ourselves but messages were just ignored. Rooms were fine, but starting to feel dated and really just not worth the £310/per night.

Liked: Lovely spacious rooms, entertainment in the night was good and food was lovely too.
Disliked: Too expensive for what you get. The rooms need some TLC, the spa needs some TLC. It’s overpriced for what you’re getting.

Liked: Room was comfy
Disliked: The room service breakfast was disgusting refused to eat came back from spar after encountering very rude staff at spat to the room still having the rotten food in it had to ask for it to be taken away. I complained at desk to manager did not stay the following night asked for money back as could not take rude staff some of which could not even speak English manager said you would reimburse my payment in full as I had booked with yourselves. Any problems they said you could contact them. I was dissapointed as I was looking forward and had taken my daughter for a long weekend break. I had stayed on mother's day and had a totally different experience and was impressed enough to book for 2 nights this time but was very dissapointen won't return please could you reimburse my payment as I paid over 330 fo 2 nights manager said my stay was 172
