Loved our stay but parking...
Liked: The food was amazing. .Spa was lovely. .Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Space for breakfast was small so it was quite overcrowded. Parking charges is excessive at £20 when you've paid £200 to stay.

Nice resort but let down...
Liked: Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Very clean and serviced regularly. Swimming pool area really nice. Pad restaurant - amazing!
Disliked: The whole system for booking swimming sessions and restaurants is ineffective. You should be able to book these on the app when you make the room booking and then have them there to see in one place. Olive garden restaurant - food was not as good as last time we stayed and expensive for dinner. Breakfast - good range of food but not all high quality. It was difficult to arrange transport between the resort buildings and as such we missed a dinner reservation at the grill. Car parking really expensive. Lifts horrendous - one not working and queues all the time. When trying to check out it took twenty minutes for a lift to come and then we went up and down all the floors several times before reaching the lobby.All in all I think it’s expensive for what it is. It’s a nice resort and we had a good time but it isn’t high end enough to warrant the amount it costs. Some things are dated and the app/booking experience really lets everything down. For example when you book a restaurant why can’t you book the transport at the same time? I think next time I will look for somewhere else as I think I could get more for my money.

Probably won’t come back
Liked: There were plenty of restaurant choices with transportation provided and plenty of places to sit at the bar
Disliked: The fact that we had to pay extra if we wanted to check in at 3pm instead of 4 plus having to book a time slot to be able to use the pool. When booking a relaxing weekend away you shouldn’t have to plan your day around a time slot for pool,it took away the overall experience of our our break plus the issue everyone seemed to be having with the key cards for the lockers. I had to go back up to my room in a towel and barefoot due to my key card not working and the female attendant having left for the day. To add insult to injury,we arriving back up to my room on the 9th floor our room key didn’t work so had to call reception to send someone up.

Liked: Nice place
Disliked: Room wasn’t very good window won’t open no balcony.Went to the olive tree for food payed £80 for sunday lunch really wasn’t impressed. When I would go up to get food constantly nothing wether I was going up the wrong times or something I don’t know
