Comfortable and affordable

Liked: The location is good and the pub has great deals for food on different nights
Disliked: The female dorm is right by the outside pub area so up to 10pm the music is quite loud. After 10 it is a smoking area so still relatively loud with people outside drinking and smoking. Not a major issue just remember to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise

Liked: It had the basics, convenient location for waterfront sort of
Disliked: It's basically a pub and restaurant. It has live music most evenings and noise until around 10.30. That's OK, but it shoud be made very clear to potential customers what the venue is. Don't look for a relaxing day time or evening here, The booking form also distinguises rooms with a pool view from those without. That's a stretch! They all hava a view, just that some are on the ground level around the pool (my 'pool view' room was 1.5 from the pool gate) and some are on a balcony around the pool and have the same view just from the first floor. Also I wasn't aware that there was a facilities room with microwave etc. That could be made more obvious in the add.
