We're not happy at all...

Liked: The towel are dirty.. even the bed sheet are obviously used..me and my partner just stayed for 1 hour and we moved to a different hotel.. we are so disappointed, especially to the front desk she is so rude.. "she told me "give me your ID" instead of " do you have your ID with you? Or " I need your Government issue ID...we didnt complaint to her because we dont want to have any arguments with her.. over all our experience to your hotel was like a nightmare...thank you...
Disliked: Everything.. not happy at all.. let me add this there was a construction going on when we stay for an hour the tools and materials for construction are everywhere.. not safe at all.. a piece of wood on the stairs and empty boxes everywhere..

Liked: The property inside was messy and dirty
Disliked: The room was dirty. Light fixtures were dirty and didn’t work. Chairs were stained. Curtains didn’t fit the windows. No cups in the room

Loved wish we could sbhjkhla

Liked: Staff friendly always wanted to help any way they could, accommodated us very well during our stay we loved going there,,,,,and taking had no problem giving igc dire things,. Housekeeping work really hard and they always had time tofu fillour needs
Disliked: 1 staff could smile more and one of the admin lady could could have been nicer and not act like a burden to her

Disappointing

Terrible experience, would never stay...

Disliked: The room was not comfortable, the quilt had hair on it and was not cleaned,it was all torn, the floor carpet stinked, the rooms are not soundproof ,so all night we could hear the noise of people staying in the adjacent room.
