Disliked: The room was pokey, bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a concrete slab, facilities were practically non-existent; long life milk in fridge looked like it had been opened for ever, and did not like it in my tea I made, bathroom, couldn’t swing a cat in it, taps in basin leaked, tap in shower was almost hanging off; balcony furniture so weathered and old.

Liked: Everything was excellent. Location was great, right next to the main town in Philip Island but remains quiet at night. Would definitely recommend if visiting Philip Island.
