Convenient Location & Comfy Beds

Liked: Exceptionally friendly staff. Fresh soapy smell in the lobby. Clean rooms and comfy beds. My son appreciated the assortment of free beverages and snacks in the mini-fridge. We all loved the location.
Disliked: As is typically the case in New York, the room was tiny and the window looked out at the adjacent building. There was very little natural light in the room.

Liked: Friendly staff both at the reception and housekeeping. It's a nice gesture to be able to leave the luggage after check out.
Disliked: I wonder whether the token 2 USD charge per piece for later pick up is necessary. It would be nice to have a coffee /tea maker in the room

Great value, location, and staff!

Liked: The location, price, staff, room size were all great. Super friendly and helpful staff :) I was upgraded to a slightly better room and it was quite nice, very clean with a lovely bathroom. Easy to walk everywhere and just 2 blocks from the metro, so super easy. I would stay here again, thanks!
Disliked: Everything was great, the only slight thing was the bed was a bit soft and I personally prefer a very firm mattress, but it was still very comfortable.

Liked: Location is perfect walking distance to 24 hours pharmacy / supermarket , some good restaurants around and time square and all other attractions Street is easy to walk and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller at night time
Disliked: Would be great to have coffee and tea in the room instead of lobby
