Great value for money.

Liked: Nice quaintly styled hotel with a great room, comfy bed and all amenities as promised. The complimentary coffee and tea in the morning were especially appreciated
Disliked: The walls are really thin so you do hear sounds from outside and neighbors. My room was quiet during the night though

Liked: Clean, good location, no resort fee
Disliked: Room was incredibly small. Heat took a long time to kick in. Bedding was a little stained

Liked: This place is full of charm & character updated with taste. The hotel built in 1913 is part of the San Francisco experience. The staff was very pleasant. There are many very pleasant lounges on the ground floor for the comfort of guests.It's right in the heart of the city & offers parking at a discounted rate.This hotel welcomed our dog without charging extra.We highly recommend this place & we will be back.

Liked: Everything was just perfect: extremely helpful staff; functional, clean and cozy room; and central location. Perfect value for money.

Great stay in the heart...

Liked: Great location. Despite it being in the middle of the city, it is actually very quiet. I am able to have very good sleep at night. It is pretty clean too.
Disliked: Facilities seem old. And the room is very small. You should not pick this if you require mobility space.

A lovely period hotel with...

Liked: The hotel was period and clean, lovely old decor and not ruined. The staff were great, very helpful indeed. No breakfast supplied but we were not expecting any, the coffee in the morning was nice. Decaf and normal.Location is fantastic and the american diner at the end of the street was brilliant.We will stay here again for sure.
